These matzah crackers are one of the easiest snacks to make. Perfect at the end of a meal or in the afternoon with a cup of tea! I have used ‘tea matzos’ which are smaller and circular, but you can also use the normal large square pieces and drizzle the chocolate rather than dip!

10 tea matzos
130g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup roasted unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped
1. First, melt the chocolate. Set a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and heat, stirring often, until melted (make sure bowl is not touching the water!). Remove bowl from saucepan and stir in the honey.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment (to place the dipped matzos on). Holding one edge of the tea matzos, dip into the chocolate mixture and coat.
3. Sprinkle with pistachios and garnish with sea salt. Lay on the parchment to set and continue the dipping and sprinkling until all the matzos are done!
