Peanut butter is one of those wonderful ingredients that I can eat at any time of the day. Pip & Nut is my peanut butter of choice, with so many variations you never seem to get bored. It’s also natural – no refined sugar & no palm oil (I think that’s what natural means). Here I have used the original – smooth peanut butter, and made three tasty, easy, peanuty dishes. Enjoy.
